One of the greatest mix engineers that I called my friend, my big brotha, I called him Pappa; Alvin Speights passed away today. I’m heartbroken. He didn’t care if it was live engineering or in studio. Alvin did it all. I learned quite a bit from him. I’m gonna miss his laugh. Gone too soon. Rest easy my friend.
